FACTOR ANALYSIS OF MOTIVATION AND ABILITY
SUPPORT IN PROGRESS AND PRODUCTIVITY

          Reciprocation of a company's business depends on the attitude of the interconnection between subsystems on organization of human (social), administration (structure), information and decision-making as well as economic and technologi.Productivity employee is determined by internal factors sourced from within the employees such as motivation (motivation) for do the job to the fullest and capability (ability). motivations include aspects of physiological needs, safety, and security of social work and self-actualization.whereas employee capabilities include aspects of talent / potential scientific, education, training, discipline and work experience.
Through the process of organizing the parts are connected to each other organization, in the form of formal and informal relationships relationships associated with the target organization.Three basic relationship in the category is the responsibility, authority, and responsibility arising from jerk. informal and formal relationships unofficially prepared by persons appointed, and include power relations, status, and role of ergonomics politics.In this role can not be right be ignored.Aplication ergonomics in the company will produce benefits such as improved performance such as increasing the speed of work, reducing the time wasted, meminimalisai cost of training and education, optimizing the utilization of human resources, and increase comfort in work.
          The method used in PT.SMART, Tbk, which is engaged in ergobisnis in Jakarta consists of a variable and the independent variables terkait.Variabel independent variable in this study is the motivation (x1), and the ability of the (x2) while the related variables are productivity employees as ( y). Measurement of the level of data is done with the ordinal scale of measurement associated with the variable survei.Data method of motivation, ability, and opportunity productivity processed with SPSS version 10 o.1 and manifested in a poll / questionnaire is used validity berkala.In research construct validity is obtained by testing whether these items can measure dimaksud.Caranya validity by correlating scores of each item with the total score, which is done by using the Pearson product moment correlation test the formula I and reliability test was conducted using the split (split metod half) with the formulation.

          It can be concluded that the productivity of employees of XYZ shown to have a positive and significant relationship with motivation and ability, motivation factors most dominant influence on the productivity of field personnel the ability factor, because the sample population is part of the product service employee productivity is difficult to measure the ratio of the input and output, in terms of education and work experience, the object in the study population was very good.

          Share an interesting experience I've ever experienced one of which is pengaamanku when filling my vacation by working as cpr credit card at one of the banks in global precisely in BNI.
At first I just wanted to tries-just because I think there is time to spare for a few months and I do not have a spare time activity for them and I can help finance my parents, without thinking much more then I ask and look for job information to my friends . told one of my friends at work that are open jobs.
I will be interested to apply and I immediately made a cover letter and makes various requirements needed.
The next day I went straight to the office where I will perform my interview, when he got me in the office was quite a lot of other applicants who were arriving one by one in the name calling to calling my name in the last interview, and I go into the interview room.
          It felt really nervous at all but I guess that's Endeavor fight, when he got inside I introduce myself, and one by one I answer to the question has been finally completed the interview stage, then I had to undergo several stages of testing including test runs, test smiles greet, and test phase the bidding credit card.Alhamdulilah I could go through all the stages of acceptance of prospective employees.
And there was an announcement that the prospective employee is accepted will be contacted back by phone, I angat hope that I can be accepted at the company intends to remedy tersebut.akupun go home as he prays during the trip so I set to work, when she reached home I told mother all the activities that I passed in the office, and I beg a prayer to the mother so that I could successfully enter into BNI card cpr.credit my cell phone rang shortly afterwards surprised and happy because I could tell the office the next day I received and ordered to appear for the training, it's great I can bekerja.satu received after already undergoing training day the next day I immediately assigned to work right away.
          Day after day I skip work hard and I like this job, until the end of the month finally arrives and I get enough income for me to help the family make ends meet for three months it finally occurred to my work time is over and I'm very grateful for the hard work that I'm doing so that I earn enough results keluargaku.senang feels proud to be able to help the family, especially my mother and father.
